※ We will arrange transportation from Busan International Airport and Busan Station to KSA upon your arrival in Korea. For your departure, transportation will be provided from KAIST to Incheon International Airport.

During the event, if transportation is needed, you will travel by a large tour bus arranged by us.

Detailed transportation arrangements will be made once your flight itineraries are finalized.
As such, we cannot provide exact details at this point, but the final notice will include this information.

If your schedule in Korea differs from the official event schedule and requires changes to the transportation plan, you must notify us by email at mjkim1987@kyungnam.ac.kr and discuss it with us in advance.
